Welcome to Laundry Cab Pty Ltd ("Laundry Cab", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, including booking through our website www.laundry.cab via our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Laundry Cab provides laundry pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery services ("Services") to customers in Sydney and surrounding areas.

3. Orders and Bookings

  • All orders must be placed through our website, app, or authorised channels.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your contact details, delivery address, and pickup instructions are accurate.

  • Laundry Cab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround is 48 hours unless otherwise specified at booking.

  • While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays (e.g., traffic, weather, equipment issues) may occur. We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure all laundry is suitable for machine washing and drying.

  • Clearly separate delicate or special-care items. Laundry Cab is not responsible for damage caused by items requiring special treatment if not identified by the customer.

  • Remove all personal belongings (e.g., money, jewellery, keys) from clothing and pockets. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in laundry.

6. Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking through our approved payment systems.

  • Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice.

  • Unpaid orders will not be processed.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 12 hours before pickup with no fee.

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup may incur a fee of up to 50% of the order value.

  • If our driver arrives and cannot collect due to incorrect details, absence, or unprepared laundry, a failed pickup fee may apply.

8. Liability & Limitations

  • Laundry Cab exercises reasonable care in handling all garments.

  • However, we are not responsible for:

    • Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, colour fading, or damage due to manufacturer defects or weak fabrics.

    • Items not disclosed as requiring special care.

    • Loss or damage caused by items left in pockets.

  • Our maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the lesser of $50 per order or 5 times the service charge for that order.

9. Uncollected Items

If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery. If items remain uncollected for more than 30 days, they may be donated to charity or disposed of at our discretion.

10. Promotions & Discounts

Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney.
